I'm extremely satisfied with Luca as a host and with this villa. The accommodation was well-maintained and beautiful. The garden was well-maintained, and the house was very welcoming. Luca was extremely helpful in offering advice and responding quickly, etc. I highly recommend it!

A very comfortable, well-maintained house with a spacious, excellent location and an outdoor living area that makes it very beautiful. The galleries allow you to enjoy the beautiful views from the house. Luca was kind and friendly in everything we needed. If I returned to the Costa Esmeralda, I would try to rent the same house.

We've always had a great time. The house matched the photos and description. Luca was always available and responded quickly to our questions and requests. The housekeeper and her husband were also very kind and were able to help us at any time with any problems or questions. The house is located on a mountain, so it offers a wonderful view and plenty of tranquility. To enjoy it, you have to climb a steep mountain. This means the house is actually only accessible by car. But that wasn't a problem for us. We thank Luca for his hospitality!

Beautiful villa home with nice views. Wonderful supportive staff(offsite). Good location.
